Free nationwide delivery on orders over ৳0. Everything else is charged at cost.

- Dispatch
- Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Friday leave the studio on Saturday.
- Tracking
- A tracking reference is emailed the moment the parcel is collected by the courier. It becomes active within a few hours.
- Packaging
- Every order ships in a rigid box with tissue and a sealed band. Nothing is shipped in a polybag.
- International
- We are not currently shipping outside Bangladesh. Wholesale and press enquiries can be sent to the studio directly.
