Returns & Exchanges
Fourteen days, no questions about why. We would rather you wore the right size than kept the wrong one.

Write to the studio
Email the order number and the size you need within 14 days of delivery. There is no form to fill in.

We arrange collection
A courier collects from your address in Dhaka metro at no charge. Outside Dhaka, return postage is refunded once the parcel arrives.

Inspection
The piece is checked against the condition below. This takes one working day from arrival.

Exchange or refund
An exchange is dispatched the same day it clears. A refund is issued to the original payment method within five working days.
Condition
- Unworn and unwashed, with the neck label intact
- Returned in the original box
- Within 14 days of the delivery date
- Not marked, scented or altered
Worth knowing
Garment-washed pieces vary slightly in depth of colour from unit to unit. That is the process working, not a fault, and it is not grounds for a return on its own — though if a piece is genuinely off, tell us and we will look at it.
Limited runs can be exchanged only while that size is still in stock. When a size is gone we will refund instead.
Faulty goods are covered beyond 14 days. Contact the studio with photographs and we will resolve it.
