Fit & fabric
What size should I take?
Every cut is already oversized, so take your usual size for the intended fit. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one. The full measurement table is on the size guide.
What does 280 GSM actually mean?
Grams per square metre — the weight of a square metre of the cloth. It is a proxy for how much yarn is in the knit. Most high-street tees sit between 140 and 180 GSM; ours start at 280 and go to 320.
Will it shrink?
Everything is pre-shrunk before it is cut. Expect no more than half an inch of movement in length over the first few washes if you wash cold and dry low.
Why do two charcoal pieces look slightly different?
The washed pieces are pigment dyed, which takes unevenly by design. No two finish at exactly the same depth, and the colour keeps settling for the first few washes.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days inside Dhaka, three to four elsewhere in Bangladesh. Free on orders over ৳2,000.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Wholesale and press enquiries can be sent to the studio directly.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, until it is dispatched — which is usually the same working day. Write to the studio with the order number as soon as you can.
Returns & restocks
What is the returns window?
Fourteen days from delivery for unworn pieces with the neck label intact. Collection inside Dhaka metro is free.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Core pieces are reproduced when a new cloth lot allows it, which is not on a fixed schedule. Statement pieces are produced once and are not restocked.
Do you hold sizes?
No. Everything is first come, first served at one price, with no early access sold to anyone.
